Job Summary | The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, reporting to the Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), will provide professional and technical EHS expertise across campus for internal and external customers. The EHS Specialist will oversee EHS programs and be proactive in implementing best practices, minimizing risk, and promoting a culture of environmental stewardship and safety throughout the organization. |

Job Summary | The E-Learning Specialist designs, coordinates, and implements comprehensive learning programs that align with RPI’s strategies and objectives, using the principles of adult learning and instructional design. The E-Learning Specialist facilitates conversations with content experts, builds learning resources and engages with a cross-functional team to engage in a continuous evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of those resources. Job Summary | The Administrative Specialist serves as the primary point of contact in the Office of the President for visitors and callers and is responsible for ensuring that all parties receive prompt, professional and courteous attention when contacting the President’s Office. The Administrative Specialist may independently respond to inquiries, assist the visitor/caller on appropriate next steps, or direct to the appropriate person or department. In addition, the Specialist acts as the Building Coordinator for the Troy Building; is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the offices on the 3rd and 4th floors designated to the President; ensures that office supplies and equipment are inventoried and maintained; and ensures that electronic and paper records are filed and/or destroyed as appropriate. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist performs a full range of secretarial and administrative duties supporting the President’s staff. The position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and customer focus that must be demonstrated and maintained. |
